It's a one-of-a-kind penthouse with exposed brick walls and 4 working fireplaces. 800 sq feet of private terraces (one with another working fireplace), and lots of direct sunlight inside and out. Great space for entertaining - we've had 10 major brands throw their parties and media events here. 3 full bathrooms, one of them with a steam shower and large jacuzzi tub. Conveniently located near Union Square.

Wintertime is magic at the Rooftop Cottage. 4 wood-burning fireplaces and a rustic and festive vibe. Spring/Summer is beautiful too, with direct sunlight coming in from everywhere. The 2 planted outdoor terraces provide outdoor living, and the 8 window boxes on the make the space colorful and vibrant.
