**House is at the top of a hill and across the street from the lake frontage. Driveway is shared and parking can only be at the top of the driveway by the house. No vehicles are permitted on the walking path down to the lake**

Beautiful view of Keuka Lake, great location and comfy/cozy home

Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy the view and the lake. The beach and dock offered great private space for swimming, water sports and fishing. The steep driveway and path to the waterfront was the only negative, as it was a challenge for the older folks in our party ... but the kids didn't mind it.

Perfect lake experience

Check in was easy (door had a minor issue and the owner came to fix it ASAP!) House was clean, well stocked, in a PRIME location for accessing Branchport, Pen Yann, and Hammondsport. None were too far. (Right in the middle of the wineries as well)Host was quick to respond to all inquiries and accommodated any request we had. 10/10 for Bryan and a beautiful home!
