Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon checkout, bag all trash and either place in Black bin for regular trash and or Green bin for recycle that's located outside. Please place trash bins at the end of drive way to the right side.
Upon checkout, please put ALL used towels in the bath tubs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING inside the house or on Patio due to turf! There will be an additional $500 fine for smoking inside of the house and balcony if detected.
Foot covers are located at entry way in blue bins. Be aware of dirty shoes on rug downstairs and carpet upstairs!
No loud music or noise between the hours of 12 a.m. - 6 a.m. No PARTIES!
