Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon checkout, bag all trash and either place in Black bin for regular trash and or Green bin for recycle that's located outside. Please place trash bins at the end of drive way to the right side.
Upon checkout, please put ALL used towels in the bath tubs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING inside the house or on Patio due to turf! There will be an additional $500 fine for smoking inside of the house and balcony if detected.
Foot covers are located at entry way in blue bins. Be aware of dirty shoes on rug downstairs and carpet upstairs!
No loud music or noise between the hours of 12 a.m. - 6 a.m. No PARTIES!

The area/neighborhood around this property was not what I was expecting, but my guests and I didn’t have any disturbances during our stay. The walls of the house need a retouch of paint due to the previous use of guests rubbing up against the walls constantly. The sizing of the rooms were just right for the amount people I had staying with me, and we loved the layout of the living room and kitchen. Our host for the property was very attentive and communicated very well with my group when we had questions or situations arise. Also, we loved that the property was close enough to the downtown area; less than 7-10 minutes depending on traffic. Overall, my stay in this property was a good one!

The only issue we had was concerning the cleanliness of the home. There were stains on multiple walls in just about every room. I took some of my personal wipes and some of the stains came right off so we felt like it was not clean properly. I took pictures and videos. One room had crumbs in the bed and dirty socks on the floor. It would have been great to have tvs in every bedroom.
