About the host
Hosted by Robert Payne
This home is owned by Robert & Susan Payne. We grew up and raised our family in southeastern Wisconsin. Since retiring, we've spent our winters in the Austin area and in Feb '23 purchased this home. It is our winter home and available for use by others when we're not there. We spending time with our 2 dogs and our 5 grandchildren. We love to take walks daily and Bob enjoys golf (lots of golf).

The Windy Park neighborhood is private/quiet, yet close to everything. It is very walkable, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Austin is 18 miles from our home, with easy access to I35 and the MOPAC expressway to downtown Austin. Round Rock is a wonderful city with great roads, parks, and city services.
