The interior of the home was freshly upgraded—outstanding master shower, high quality kitchen, electric shades throughout, etc. Very clean. The lawn needed attention but may have been neglected because of winter just ending. Our host was friendly and very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The location was in an upscale, single-family-home neighborhood near the hospital. It was comfortable,

Beautiful home! Lots of space. Were there for a week while we visited family so we were not there during the day or evening. Had the basics for preparing breakfast each morning. Comfortable beds! Bright airy great room. The front bedroom can be noisy at night due to facing a busy road at the entrance to the neighborhood. Communication was great with the owner during our stay. There was some confusion as to the truth me of our arrival and the timing of the house being cleaned but the owner was very prompt when this was brought to his attention. There is a hospital right outside the entrance to the neighborhood and a smoothie shop we walk to each morning. Perfect location for our needs and looking forward to returning!

The location of this home is excellent, in a nice and convenient neighborhood. The house was generally clean, although we did find a couple of expired items left in the refrigerator and freezer.Our main disappointment was that the property does not present as it appears in the listing photos. The landscaping is overgrown and not well maintained, and the exterior looks somewhat dated, particularly around the windows.Inside, the home feels extremely dark. The blackout window coverings in the bedrooms make it difficult to bring in natural light, and the overall decor feels outdated and uninviting. The house has a lot of potential, but it would benefit greatly from updated interior design and a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere.

The house was clean but it had a smell my friend said it was from pot. And had no pictures on the wall very unwelcoming. And no extra toilet paper.

Hello, the house have lavender earthy smell , you might not used to. You must don’t appreciate all the arts on the wall. Toilet paper are in the cabinet and it’s full of it. You just had to open it.

Short stay in Austin

Cute three bedroom in Austin very nice neighborhood. Overall cleanliness was just not there. There was expired milk in the fridge when we checked in. No can opener. Pantry is not well stocked- other places will have assortment of spices oil, etc. They did have coffee though just no sugar or creamer.

You must did not look enough. All openers including wine openers in the Kitchen drawers. The reason we tell our guest to use they own cooking ingredients for their Safty. Thank you for the feedback.
