This is a great property! The area has undergone gentrification-the house is fully remodeled and updated. It is very easy to walk everywhere! We had a wonderful ten days here and our hostess was responsive immediately when we contacted her.

This house is beautiful!! Very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated and furnished. We all loved spending time on the screened in porch off of the master bedroom. We appreciated having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms along with liquid hand soap at all of the sinks. There are also wash cloths specifically for makeup removal. There are hair dryers as well as an iron, ironing board and clothes steamer. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates along with pots and pans. Coffee maker makes traditional brewed coffee as well as using k cups which were provided with individual creamers as well. If we ever return to Savannah we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

My family and I spent a week in Savannah in June. Overall we had a nice stay at the house. Everything was as advertised. The house has been nicely renovated. Molly is very responsive. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. She has a lot of books on and about the city there. I found those helpful. One thing to be aware of that is beyond her control, the front bedroom is on the street side and it can get loud at night. She has provided white noise machines and ear plugs. I'm a light sleeper so weekend nights were a little loud.

We loved our stay at this home. The house was spotless, decorated nicely, and looks just like the pictures on VRBO. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs screened-in balcony in the evenings. We didn't cook while at the house, but the kitchen is great and well stocked with everything that you would need to cook. We tried out a variety of restaurants while in Savannah and went to Tybee Island for an evening. Molly is very quick to respond if you have any questions or need anything. Will definitely book here again on our next trip to Savannah!! Thank you Molly!

A friends vacation

Our week in Savannah was very nice with Molly’s help. The air conditioner broke and she had someone out there within two hours to fix it. I didn’t even know that was possible! She was available with a quick response whenever we had a question. The house and all amenities are top notch. We loved walking to Forsyth Park and surrounding coffee shops in the mornings. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while exploring Savannah.

An amazing home perfectly situated in Savannah

This home was immaculate. Everything worked perfectly. It was very comfortable for our group of three adults, and would comfortably accommodate more. We found the home is situated centrally in Savannah; an easy drive to downtown, or to highways for the further reaches of the area. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, some of which were suggested in the handy guide these hosts supply. Parking was easy and free on the street, although there is a short window for street sweeping when parking is not permitted in front of the home. But two dedicated spots are in the back of the property. The value of this property is hard to beat in Savannah. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house for a larger group!

My family and another family stayed for a week for Beta Convention. Definitely the cutest house I’ve stayed in. They have everything you could need with some top notch frying pans, utensils, etc. Everything is so new, modern and clean. The rollaway beds came in handy when the girls wanted to slumber party downstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the rockers on the front porch in the morning drinking the local coffee provided by the owners and the upstairs screened in porch in the evenings. Unfortunately we weren’t at the house enough to utilize the super adorable back yard. The only downfall is that it is not in the middle of the all the restaurants and stores but there are a few in walkable distance and driving to the heart of Savannah only took a few minutes. The benefit is not paying as much as the closer VRBOs which I will take any day! When the battery in the smoke alarm started going out and started to beep, the owner contacted me back within minutes. Highly recommend staying here! Plenty enough space for two families and multiple vehicles. Has everything you need and even things you don’t think you need!
