The Space:

Step into a world of comfort and entertainment at Evergreen Luxe, This Multi-level Property is where thoughtful design meets luxurious living. The spacious interiors, cozy living areas, and entertainment spaces are perfect for relaxation and making memories with family and friends.

The living spaces are designed to bring everyone together, featuring plush seating, Smart TVs, and tasteful décor. The main living room is perfect for movie nights or quiet relaxation, while the basement living room offers an additional lounge space, ideal for gatherings or unwinding after a day of adventure. Please note that the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.



🏊 Pool: The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, offering the perfect spot to cool off during the warmer months. After Labor Day, the pool is drained and refreshed each Summer to ensure it's ready for your next sunny getaway. Please note that the pool is not available outside of these dates.

The modern kitchen is stocked with everything needed for convenient cooking, including modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A coffee maker and spice rack add thoughtful touches for a seamless culinary experience. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
