The apartment is in a cozy neighborhood with some great restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very clean & Gannon was also a great host. We were only there for an extended weekend but enjoyed our time there!

Gannon was a great host! The place is so beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood. This was a very short trip for a weekend wedding so we didn’t cook or anything, but were so impressed with how functional and thoughtfully prepared the kitchen was. And the bathroom was so nice too-great water pressure and perfect for baths if you’re into that kind of thing! Would definitely return and highly recommend!

This spot in Denver is the absolute perfect spot. It was clean, quiet and close to everything. Gannon was also extremely attentive. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for the 4th of July weekend, and it was the perfect space for the two of us. I would recommend this space for anyone taking a trip to Denver. We definitely plan to be back on our next trip to Denver.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is very cozy, with a rustic but modern feel. It has everything you need for an extended stay, with the exception of W/D. The bathroom is HUGE! The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood but with quick access to the city. Gannon was a fantastic host. We appreciated his very proactive and clear communication. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!
