Stylish doesn’t even begin to do this downtown suite justice. The epitome of southwest luxe, you will find yourself at home among the thoughtful décor details throughout Moab Flats 5. Hot tub. Fire pit. Bike storage.
Usually a phrase like “thoughtfully curated” isn’t associated with a vacation rental. Many feel sterile and thrown together with cheaply assembled furniture, void of character. That cannot be said for the space you’ll discover when you open the door at Moab Flats #5.
Impeccably decorated in a southwestern luxe style, every detail right down to the throw pillows on the couch have been hand selected to create a welcoming ambiance that will last throughout your stay here. A print hangs from the wall echoing names of different bike paths in the area, a nod to Moab’s rich cycling community - more on that later. A well-appointed kitchen leaves no detail overlooked, ensuring you can stay in and cook just as comfortably and conveniently as you might eat dinner at one of Moab’s dining options mere steps from your front door. As for where you’ll lay your head? The bedding is soft and comfortable - the perfect place to dream about what tomorrow holds.
Outside, you’ll discover a pristine outdoor space complete with a grill and fire pit for enjoying those cool evenings with friends and family. A shared hot tub provides a relaxing place to soak away your cares while you gaze at the stars above. If you are here to mountain bike, Moab Flats has bike storage so you can secure your most prized possession along with a station and tools for making any needed repairs.
Amenities Include: • Shared hot tub • Fire pit • Outdoor grill • Bike storage • Full sized washer and dryer in each unit

Perfect apartment for our stay. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfy. The washer/dryer were great to have in the middle of our trip. And the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!
This property was the perfect place for my husband and I to call home while away in Moab. The location made for easy access to downtown and around town by foot or by vehicle. The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We would happily stay at this property again.
My only complaint was that the hot tub was out of commission, and this was not noted anywhere or at any time in my reservation process. It was very disappointing since I decided on this property with the hot tub in mind. One other note, which is nothing against the property, but be prepared to have noise penetrate between apartments. We were on the top floor and clearly heard the people below us, and I'm sure vise versa. It did not detract from our stay, it's inevitable for these kinds of apartments, but worth noting in case it would be a deal breaker for someone. We loved the accommodations though, very nice space with everything we needed for our stay, but be aware, the kitchen stocked with "spices" means salt and pepper on the table. :D
Although the place was very clean, nice location, downstairs neighbor renters VERY LOUD, the ceilings are very thin, would not respond to knocks on door. No number to call management. Emailed to ask if there was a quiet curfew, what callus they do. No response and STILL NO response. If something big needed to be fixed , don’t count on management!

Extremely Clean, Budget Friendly
This unit is in a great location in downtown Moab and the housekeeping was beyond reproach. Best for a couple or small family on a budget. Everything was extremely clean, but the property has a few serious management and maintenance issues. Kitchen supplies were very minimal, and the two peeling Teflon frying pans with janky handles need to be thrown away. If we left the bathroom door open, the entire living space filled with the smell of sewer gas. We ended up having to leave the bathroom window open, despite the cooler outside temperatures, and the bathroom door firmly closed. The lock on the gate for the fenced area behind the property wouldn’t latch or lock. The bicycle storage also had a inoperable latch and lock. The hot tub had been shut down by the health department on February 3rd. I made my reservation after February 3d and at no point did the management company reach out to let me know that key amenities of the property were not in service. The wired smoke alarm started chirping after our first night - we stayed for 4 nights. We reset the alarm and looked up the detector on the First Alert website. Apparently it was the end of life signal - meaning the whole detector unit needs to be replaced so we contacted the management company right away. This required another internet search because we were not provided with a contact number. The management company said they would call someone and send them right over. We waited for two hours and no one showed up. I feel sorry for the guest who gets the constant chirping siren once it’s completely dead because it’s not a simple battery operated alarm.
Awesome apartment home base for Arches National Park!
Beautiful apartment - very comfortable and had all amenities that we needed for our 2 night stay as a home base to explore Arches and Canyonlands. Very close walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants but on a quiet side street. Would definitely stay there again!
My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights, Friday-Sunday. The place is absolutely perfect for a couple. Clean, tastefully decorated in a minimalist style that maximizes the space. Location was fantastic, only a block away from coffee, restaurants etc, but no traffic noise. The outdoor seating area and hot tub was quiet and comfortable and perfect for enjoying the evening air. This will be our go-to spot for future Moab visits.
Close to everything.Loved the location. Place was clean and bed comfortable. Cozy stay . Great restaurants to walk too . Hiking trails just minutes away . Had a great stay.
We stayed at unit # 5 which is the upper floor corner unit. The place felt like a small apartment. We planned a 3 night stay so that we can visit Arches, Canyon Land, and Dead Horse point. Moab flats is centrally located in the Moab downtime area. This is very convenient if you want to walk to a nearby restaurant and shops. We cooked in the whole time thanks to a great kitchen setup. Staying at a hotel you are limited to just a Small room. I would recommend Moab Flats if you prefer to have a home feeling and be able to cook your own meals. The outside patio area has a hot tub and a grill that you can use.
My husband and I rented this flat while visiting the national parks near Moab. It was perfect! Extremely clean, quiet, comfy bed and nice linens. The small kitchen had everything we needed. No spices except salt and pepper, but lots of dishes, utensils and basic kitchenware. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The courtyard was very nice but unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy it. Great place to stay and would stay there again.
Very well done amenities, close to town. This is one of my favorite properties in Moab

Perfect location!! Very clean and well appointed. Walk to EVERYTHING.
I was mountain biking for a few days and this place was perfect. Bike storage, bike workstand, and hot tub were all used. If I come to Moab again, I will look for one of these units.

the room was really comfortable and the bike area
It was a great space, nice kitchen, comfy furniture and very western-trendy if there is such a thing.
It was a cozy space for 3 or 4 people, a little small, but it was laid out very well.
We've stayed at lots of places in Moab and the price was bit high for the space, otherwise we would have put the rating as excellent.
