This home met all our expectations and was definitely lap of luxary. Mark the host was a pleasure to communicate with and quick to accommodate. This house is in an HOA gated community with strict rules so party animals and smokers will want to book elsewhere. We will book this home again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay for our girls weekend! The layout of the home was perfect and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location was also fantastic and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to help with any questions we had during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing time!!! Being right on the beach is unbeatable. Our host Mark showed what true hospitality looked like and worked with me on all aspects of this trip. I really appreciate it and we will be back!

Family Beach Trip 2024

Our family had the best time staying at this location. Check in was great, we were met at the house and shown around just as we were told we would be. The neighborhood is our favorite, we have been staying in this neighborhood for 3 years now! This house was great for our trip this year! We had a wonderful time!

Family Trip

Property easily handled all 17 of us and being right on the beach was great. There were a few small things of which we made the owner aware in order to accomodate future guests. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Ultimate Vacation Home!!!

This home is magnificent! Better than expected. Mark was amazing. The views were incredible!! The private beach was top notch! By far, this was above and beyond our expectations. We absolutely want to go back!

Spiaggia was amazing in every way. The rooms were nicely appointed, the spaces were as described, and Destiny by the Sea is always our favorite beach for the peace / privacy we desire on vacation. The starter stock of items (shampoo, TP, dishwasher pods, etc.) was nice so we didn't have to rush out to the store on day 1. If you haven't experienced Destiny by the Sea, you're missing out! We love having a private beach where we don't have to race to get the "ocean-front" experience every day. It's already set up & waiting for us. We rented additional umbrellas & chairs so sitting on the beach was effortless. The kids rented bikes & the location was great for them to go out & about whenever they chose. (The house has some bikes, but some needed some tweaking to be rideable for 200 lb football players! :) ). One of the guests staying with us actually left her wedding ring in a bathroom, and the cleaning staff was quick to contact us, and Mark was kind enough to arrange its return! (Very kind!!) We could not recommend Spiaggia more if you want a peaceful beach retreat with gorgeous views and convenient location!

Practically Perfect Vacation Home

Mark was communicative from the moment we booked the property. He was easy to reach and very understanding of any concerns we had. The home is incredible. It was laid out perfectly for our family of 15. We all enjoyed each other‘s company and rested well in the evenings. The location, being Beachside, is perfect, and having your private access to and from the beach makes it more convenient with small children. Thank you for everything.

Beachfront Beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spiaggia in Destin. We had 13 friends and family stay with us, and the location was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed and privacy in this enormous house. The layout was ideal for the 3 families. We were able to have large meals together, yet when the adult "kids" needed their time apart from the parents, they had their own space on the lower level with a full kitchen and game room. The house was clean upon our arrival, and Mark was there to greet us and review important items during check-in. The process was quick, and communication with Mark was easy via text. The best part of the rental, however, was the private beachfront access. We literally woke up, walked out of the back door, and were on the private beach—beach chairs set up and waiting for us! I will never schlep a bag across the street again to get to the beach! We have been spoiled. We would definitely rent Spiaggia again!

Everything as advertised and more!

When we looked at the photos we figured the place was going to be beautiful. It was everything we imagined and more. The views are incredible and the neighborhood is amazing. Since it is a high end gated community we were concerned it may be a hassle getting in and out. It was not at all. We were giving a key code to get in but rarely needed to use it since there was a guard in the shack 90% of the time. As soon as he seen us pull in he had the gate opening already and we received a friendly wave. Check in was smooth and Mark did an excellent job with communication. He made sure we had everything we needed and said he is always just a phone call away. He really went above and beyond. The only minor hiccup was on the first morning we found out there was no hot water on one of the floors. I called Mark and he had someone there in a couple of hours and the problem was fixed immediately. He even offered us a late checkout and extended day for the trouble since they did not have guests coming for a few days after we left. We took him up on the late checkout. The weather didn’t cooperate for us but we knew this was a possibility since we were going in February. Staying here though made up for it and we enjoyed our time very much. Hoping to come back soon. The entire experience could not have been better!

We had arrived the day after the hurricane, but Mark was able to get a cleaning crew in to take care of everything. Mark also met us on property for check in. He was very informative about the home. He made our stay very pleasant.
