The open floor plan makes it perfect for everyone to be together, whether it is eating with the family or watching the big game on the large 75” Smart Roku TV. The large round dining table has seating for 8 for festive vacation meals, as well as 4 more additional bar stools at the kitchen island. On the main floor, a master bedroom with a king size bed will help you recharge for another fun day at the beach. It has its own private bathroom that has been completely remodeled, and private deck to relax and unwind. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms. Another Master bedroom with king size bed, its own remodeled master bathroom, and another covered deck. There is also a queen bedroom, with its own private bathroom. At the end of the hall there are 2 more bedrooms – the left side room a king bed, and the right bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. All rooms have their own Smart Roku TV’s for everyone to enjoy on their own. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that will easily sleep two more guests.

Whether it’s lunch and drinks at the fourth floor restauraunt, the Quay (a local favorite), with exquisite views of the inlet, or a trip to the beach, or visiting the many restaurants and shops along the Marsh Walk, you’re never far away from something to do.

The driveway and under the home can accommodate several vehicles. Being so close to the beach, it's only a couple minute walk. Or you can rent bikes or a golf cart from one of the many local businesses, some of whom will deliver to you. The neighborhood is also very walkable, should you want to take the dog out for a stroll!
