Four Palms - Relax, Refresh, Renew and Recharge at the beach.
Classy comfort with all the amenities! Life at it's Best. Spacious 5 bedroom raised beach house with 2700 square feet for your entire family to enjoy. Large granite kitchen with serving bar. Spacious open concept kitchen, dining and family area for entertaining or just relaxing with 82" TV. Microwave, dishwasher, central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Three master suites. The master on the main level has a sun deck and opens to pool side. All 5 bedrooms have 42" smart TV's so 'time out' can be fun. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Sleeping accommodations include King beds (3) , Queens (2) Full (2). Cool off after a long day at the beach in your own private 12' x 24' pool (no sharing of pool) with a fenced yard. Pool depth 3 ft to 6 ft. Grill out in the yard with park type grill. There are also two covered porches and a deck to relax on. Electronic door locks with secure private pass code. Guests have access to the locked storage under the house to store your golf clubs or beach gear.
Centrally located in Garden City Beach, just 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach, easily accessible, but away from the crowds. For the golf enthusiasts several challenging golf courses are here for the choosing.
If you are looking for great seafood, Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row/Marsh Walk is located within five miles of the house. Brookgreen Gardens, one of the worlds largest outdoor sculpture garden is also a few minutes drive.

Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No diving. Any floatation devices used on the property are used at your own risk.

This property is No smoking.
Check-out cleaning service included. Bed sheets are included. Bath and beach towels are not provided.
Golf cart included with in season rental.
Additional fee for golf cart usage during off season. Inquire if interested in renting off season.
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental.
Check in after 4pm - Check out before 10am
Maximum occupancy: 14.
Guests are responsible for any damages.
Minimum age of primary renter is 25. Primary renter must reside on premises throughout the stay. No college or high school groups permitted.
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises.

Once your reservation is accepted a Vacation Rental Agreement, Golf Cart Agreement (if golf cart is included with your rental) will need to be completed. This must be signed and returned before being given access to the property.

Fantastic stay in Garden City

Our stay in Garden City was wonderful. The unit was easy to check in with a self check in. Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you would need to get your vacation start started. Their location was perfect. Close enough to the beach that you could walk if choose to, or a quick golf cart ride which was available to rent for the week. Overall, it was a perfect week for our Family Get Away.

The place was very clean and stocked with basic supplies for the kitchen which was a definite plus for staying in to cook. Also, they had recently installed a new outdoor pool /shower and it made things very convenient to staying in some days. I would definitely recommend staying here😊

Better than expected

Loved how close we were to everything. The house itself was better than expected. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies we normally have to purchase or bring with us on trips. Bedrooms were larger than expected and the cleanliness of all rooms was amazing. The pool was fantastic as well. Little bit of a hike to the beach on foot, but we loaded the cars and just parked in the public parking. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was really nice. We loved having access to the golf cart. It made getting to the beach such a breeze. The salt water pool was awesome. We spent more time there than the beach. It was a very fun trip. When we go back to MB, I’ll make sure to book the same place.Just a heads up for those with knee problems or have issues with stairs. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. The house does have a primary master bedroom on the main level, but the shower is a jacuzzi shower and has a really high wall that’s not exactly easy to step over if you’re a shorty or have knee issues. Overall tho, the house is great. Just wanted to share that in case if might apply to you or your family member.

Great trip

The property was very nice, clean and as described. Loved the pool and how convenient it was to have in the backyard. The golf cart was a plus and we enjoyed riding it to the beach and around the neighborhood. We flew so it was not very convenience to have to bring all of the towels we would need including beach/pool towels. There are lots of bedrooms but the beds and pillows could use some updating. Most were not very comfortable for our group and the pillows were very very flat. The dryer was older and took a very long time to dry anything and sometimes didn't seem to get warm even though it was on hot. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property.

Great experience, third year returning to the same property!

Third year returning to the same property. The owner is always a pleasure to deal with. I did have a question regarding a few issues with of the pool. I texted the property mgr, as instructed a couple hours after permission to enter property was granted. However, I did not receive a call nor text response at all. That is until the night before check-out, advising; we needed to be out promptly at 10am. Otherwise, it was another great vacation for me and my family!

Our family is from Southeast Pennsylvania. It became a family tradition going to the beach every summer. We fell in love with South Carolina and its warm weather and the ocean. The sounds of the ocean gently called us and we took the plunge to purchase our own beach house.

We love the quiet neighborhood charm. Our location is a quick easy walk to the beach. Garden City is a family beach and it is a great area for riding bikes, walking, jogging and taking the golf cart for outings.
