Clean, modern and spacious with a functional floor plan offering a quiet pool and secluded courtyard in the center of the house to read and relax, or gather and socialize with a group. Accessible to hike and bike trail, green belt and downtown by bike. Very sought after neighborhood, plenty of privacy but still central to all the action.
