The Longhorn Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences is the perfect escape while enjoying close proximity to all that downtown has to offer. This private luxury estate sits on two acres filled with Texas native Live Oak trees with a spacious backyard that is perfect for small events. The great room enjoys this same peaceful view of a beautiful pool with sunning ledge/beach, covered outdoor lounge area and strings of lights to provide that beautiful glow in the evenings. There are three main living areas in which to spread out and relax as well as a private office/flex room for a little work. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
