1. Must sign the rental agreement upon booking. 2. A $300 security hold will be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported. 3. NO SMOKING ($300 smoking violation fee will be applied to the cleaning fee). 4. NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. 5. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED on the property. 6. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. All occupants must be listed on the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation. 7. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT: $25 per hour, subject to availability and prior approval. 8. DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY OR MONITORING DEVICES. A $50 service fee will apply if a team member is required to readjust any equipment. 9. Government-issued ID verification is required after booking. 10. NO THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS unless authorized by the host in writing.
Cameras & Noise Monitoring
A noise monitoring device is installed in the living room. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations or audio
For security purposes, the property also has outdoor recording cameras located at the front door, backyard, and under the carport. These cameras monitor only the exterior of the property and never record inside the home.
