Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).
-Maintenance: We prioritize emergencies.
-No events, parties, NO pets allowed: Violation fee may apply.
-Unapproved guest, Violation fee may apply.
-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed. (Violation fee: $500)
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
-Additional fees: uncleaned BBQ - $50.
-Violation of rules may result in extra charges or termination of stay.
