Great family vacation spot

We just finished our family gathering, and it was fantastic. I was a bit hesitant about booking without reviews, but a lovely call with Yasper convinced us. It turned out to be our best trip in years. The staff made us feel right at home, and Yasper arranged activities that everyone enjoyed—swimming, beach volleyball, surfing, and plenty others. The kids had a blast, and the adults got some relaxing downtime. The secluded location was perfect for a peaceful family vacation, with a private beach all to ourselves. While some of the staff was fluent in English and others were not, they were all so kind, and it was fun practicing Spanish with them, too. The fresh fruit breakfasts and meals that accommodated all our family's dietary needs were excellent. Oh, and the wifi was nice touch. Handled my meetings for work w/ better speeds than I get at home We’re already looking forward to coming back and highly recommend this place for a family vacation!

Our family of 35 (three generations, ages 2 to 83) spent an incredible week at Las Canas Beach Resort for a family reunion, and it exceeded every expectation.From booking through departure, the service was exceptional. Pre-arrival coordination was seamless, with prompt communication and a WhatsApp group that made planning easy. They accommodated our diverse dietary needs (non-vegetarian, vegetarian, and vegan) and even arranged a private chef for authentic Indian and Thai meals. They also have a resort van for trips into Cabarete and can easily coordinate other transportation.Yasper is the heart of the operation. He handled last-minute changes, booked excursions, made recommendations, and ensured everything ran smoothly. His responsiveness and positive attitude made our vacation completely stress-free.The property is ideal for large groups. The six villas, beachfront location, pool, spacious cabana for group meals, and staffed bar serving amazing piña coladas were perfect. The pickleball and sand volleyball courts were family favorites, and the Bluetooth speaker kept the fun going. The staff also arranged massages, quickly resolved any room issues, and made us feel completely at home. The private, secure setting allowed everyone to relax.If you're planning a family reunion or large group vacation, Las Canas Beach Resort is hard to beat. The personalized service, beautiful property, and incredible staff made this a trip we'll never forget. We would absolutely return!
