Open concept leaving, dining & kitchen area. All large bedroom suites, 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin bunk beds, 2 sofa beds, one play-crib, 3.5 bathrooms, work desk, fully equipped kitchen & game room.
Patio, pool and BBQ area is surrounded by parks, gardens, tranquil lakes & walkways with breathtaking views.
Resort amenities are located right across the street with an amazing clubhouse (private owned), Bar & Grill restaurant, water park (extra fee), arcade, gym, volleyball court, soccer & football fields, & event center for parties & weddings.
Only 12 mi Legoland/19 mi Disney/26 mi SeaWorld & International Drive/29 mi Universal Studios.

We provide kitchen and bathroom essential starter kits.
The Clubhouse is run by an independent Company. The restaurant, Gym and Game room have free excess but the pool and waterpark requires a fee at the front entrance, $20 adults / $15 kids. After 4pm, $15 adults / $12.50 kids.
*Owners are allergic to cats and dogs, unfortunately can’t accommodate any pets/service animals.

Welcome, we are Felipe, Jenifer, Luiz & Catalina. We are originally from Brazil and Germany but are now living in Massachusetts. Besides of good food & be active we love to travel. We love to spend our holidays in Flordia & finally tool the step of owning our own vacation home. We are happy to rent out our house when we can't be there. If you love the sun, the warmth, being close to the amusement parks and the beautiful nature of central Florida then come and stay with us.
