The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Security was available and friendly. The property is close to a modern mall with familiar fast food and sit down restaurants. There is a grocery store near by and it is 20-25 minutes from downtown san jose

DO NOT DEAL WIOTH THIS OWNER IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT PLANS

We rented this location due to the seating availability as we were having 14 guests for our wedding reception and at the last minute (DAY BEFORE THE EVENT) we were told that only 6 people including ourselves would be permitted to be on the property. This caused a major disruption to our plans and we were left with food for 14 people that could not be used. Plus having to reschedule the wedding itself and need of a different location on less that 20 hours notice. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OWNER TO ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!
