The Cottage is situated on 10 acres of open space and is very quiet yet close to everything you may want or need. Easy access to DC or Frederick. Shop at the outlets or Explore the several nearby Wineries and Beer Gardens. Take a walk along the C&O Canal or Ten Mile Creek. Close to Little Seneca Lake and Black Hills Regional Park. Restaurants, Movie theaters, and more are close by. as well. Watch beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your private porch. You can relax after a long hike by taking a nice soak in the jetted walk-in tub or shower under the rain shower head.
