Thank you for the review. I'm glad your stay was great overall. I appreciate the feedback and will address the items you mentioned. Hope to welcome you back in the future.
Great layout for multiple generations as the bedrooms are staggered across three levels. This allows some to stay up late and others to rise early and neither disturb the other. Quiet neighborhood that has stores and restaurants a mile or two away. Great communication with the host as well. Our family would certainly stay again. Thanks so much for a comfortable stay.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I’m glad the staggered bedrooms worked well for multiple generations and that the neighborhood and nearby shops/restaurants were convenient. We’d love to welcome your family back anytime.
What a fun house! We loved our stay! The house has so many amenities and the kids LOVED it. They already begged to stay there again next time we're in town. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
The property was perfect for the three families staying in it. We didn't cook, so I can't rate anything in the kitchen but everything we needed or could have wanted was in this home. If we return to the area, I will be checking to see if the home is available. Alex was a great host and she even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This property truly felt like home! One of the dads said that he slept better than he had in a very long time as is planning on buying the same mattress! 5 stars, you won't be disappointed in booking this property.
Our host was incredible, quick to respond when I had a question. My teenage boys loved the gym and arcade game downstairs. In love with the private master bedroom and bath. It was beautiful. Each of my kids got their own room and own bed, very roomy and cozy. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. I will rebook this again when we come for a visit.Wichita is my husband and I home town, born and raised. I rate the home a perfect 10

Thank you for the wonderful review. We're glad the gym and arcade were a hit and that the private master, separate bedrooms, and quiet neighborhood made your stay comfortable. We look forward to hosting you again.
We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was plenty of room for our entire family to stay for the weekend. The house was nicely decorated and had 3 Christmas trees up.
Our family of eight, spanning three generations, had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. The home provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably while still offering great gathering areas for family time. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. We especially appreciated the workout area and the dedicated play space for the kids, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.We did encounter one small issue during our visit, but the hosts were extremely responsive and resolved it promptly, which we greatly appreciated.Overall, this was a fantastic place for a multi-generational family vacation. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and accommodating getaway.
Very nice property with surprisingly good features. Everything that we expected plus more. It was very appealing and our grandkids really enjoyed themselves.
The house worked for us better than I expected. This home was better equipped than many other homes I have stayed in. So many fun and useful amenities! I would recommend this home to anyone with a larger family.
This was the perfect place for our mini family reunion of 8 adults and 1 infant. The downstairs family room and game room was great for family games. The hot tub was wonderful - very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The communication with the host was easy and she was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we had what we needed. I would highly recommend this property.
The house is clean and comfortable and well depicted in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are several TVs and a basement game room for everyone in the family to have some space.Communication with the host was easy and she always responded quickly.House is a great space for a group.
We had the most wonderful stay here with grandparents and our 5 children ages 2-12. The home is very spacious and comfy. It was very clean and cutely decorated. All of my questions were answered promptly and the host was quick to help with anything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed visiting our Great Grammy for her 94th birthday, and felt so blessed to have found this place.
The house was very accommodating for our family of 7. There was enough space for everyone. The gym was a nice touch to the house as well as the area downstairs. We were very appreciative of the accuracy of the house from the pictures.
This was a great home in a good neighborhood. There was six of us in our group and was plenty of rooms and TVs for everyone. Very comfortable and I would rent here again. The only reason for the four stars was minor repairs that were neglected such as the shower rod on the main floor bathroom that could be fixed with very minimal effort. The sliding door to backyard was also off track another easy fix but overall this was a nice home to celebrate thanksgiving week with family.
No complaints about the property or any of the process. Only issue we had was the house was very warm. Thermostat was locked, which we understand but would have been nice to be able to cool it off more. I did communicate this with property manager but never heard back. The house had several fans so that helped some. It was a very hot week in Kansas.
