Enjoy the warmth of this 3 bedroom family-style home, nestled in the heart of Long Island, NY. 45 minutes to New York City, and a two-minute drive to the beach or LIRR. Safe neighborhood with parking on the premises. We are close to a train line so you will hear the train pass from time to time. The property is completely fenced in, so you will have the privacy of the backyard. We are close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Beach passes will be provided as of June 1st.

Great place!

The perfect spot for a family! Lots of kid-friendly places to sleep, large TV, beautiful kitchen! The house smelled beautiful and was so clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is perfect too. I thought the train so close by would be an issue but we barely noticed!

We enjoy cooking and exploring new adventures, especially over the summer when we are off for break.

The house is a 2 family high ranch with two separate units. The top floor and the bottom floor. This listing is for the top floor.

We chose this neighborhood because it's a small tight-knit community that supports each other. We felt very welcomed upon arrival which made our move to Island Park much easier.
