The accommodation also features a large capacity washer and dryer with all necessary detergents, as well as an iron and board for clothing refreshment. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

Check-in is from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

We do not allow pets.

Early check in and late check out fees are $50/ hour, subject to availability.

We do not allow:

- Parties. Please respect the space and the neighbors and keep noise levels down 8pm- 8am. We want to do all we can to be respectful of our neighbors and we appreciate our guests understanding this.
- Having more people than you listed on your reservation. f you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.
- Smoking in the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home is subject to a $500 fee. Any evidence of use of illegal drugs (ie. smoke). NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.

ALL GUESTS must sign our Renter's Agreement for booking prior to check in instructions being sent. The instructions for this will be sent in your initial confirmation message.
