Overall this was a great family rental property in the heart of Breck. Excellent layout with four bedrooms en suite on a single level, and a nice pool and multiple hot tubs for small kiddos. Can’t beat the location and immediate access to shops and restaurants downstairs. I only have two complaints: 1) the check in process is stringent - we arrived at 3:45pm and the front desk would not give us access to the suite until exactly 4:01; and 2) this is a 4 bedroom with beds for 8 people but there is only one parking space provided (parking was an extra cost). We had to park our second car 8 minutes away at a public lot, which was tough with small kiddos. Both of these were as described in the listing but there were extra unused spots in the garage. The rigid check in timing and lack of parking were not commensurate with spending close to 2k a night.
