Great visit

Property was perfect for our weekend stay to see a concert at Bank of America Stadium, which was a very short walk away. We had no issues with check in, the apartment was clean, and even the few residents we interacted with were nice. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Overnight Stay

I stayed here in on a business trip. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the stocked coffee supplies. It was walkable to numerous restaurants and pubs.

Had some difficulty getting access to the garage when we first got there but was able to figure it out. Great location. Easy access to downtown and the interstate. I was able to get an early check in and late check out. The company was very responsive to any email I sent which was greatly appreciated.

Loved the community

The management company was so helpful when I accidentally booked with them for the wrong days, I really appreciate all you did to help me fix my error! The community and apartment was beautiful and I enjoyed all the amenities, would love to come back!

This location was perfect for our family of 4 to easily access the baseball stadium, area restaurants, and coffee/breakfast spots without having to move the car a single time. We enjoyed the pool area the most, but also utilized the gym and 5th floor balcony. Everything was super clean and well-appointed. It was nice not having to worry about packing linens, soap, etc. There was some good people-watching from the balcony, but that also entailed some noisy nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was appreciated, but for any light sleepers, I recommend ear plugs. The noise from nightly activities was still well worth the convenience and proximity to things.

This is my 1st time not giving a 5 star review. My wife and I had opted for an early arrival. Normal check in time is 5:00 pm. Was told that we could check in at 1:00 pm for a fee. We agreed to do so. We arrived shortly after 3:00 pm. The place had not been cleaned. The bed wasn't made, towels were in the floor and the trash can was half full. My wife changed the linens and washed the towels so we would have some clean. Contacted the host and they did come by a clean while we were at dinner, but most of the work had been done by us. For the price that we paid for this VRBO the conditions were highly unacceptable. We did love the location but it could have been a lot better.

The location was fantastic - right across from Truist stadium and a block from Panthers stadium. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the apartment was just as advertised. communication with the host was outstanding.
