5000 sq ft Executive Style Home w/Secure Boat Parking is waiting for you. Huge kitchen, dining area all granite countertops. Dishwasher, wine cooler, side-by-side fridge, and gas range with griddle. Fully stocked kitchen. Home sleeps 16, 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths. All tile floors, no carpet for easy cleaning. Great TV room with 65" smart TV w/lots of streaming. Huge laundry room with 2nd fridge for all your drinks. Lots of towels and linens. Outdoor sitting areas and fire pit. Gas Grills to BBQ.

Large 2-bay garage to securely store your fishing boat and equipment.

The other garage at the entry to the house has plenty of room, including a 36" Blackstone gas griddle to cook anything--Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! and plenty of tables and chairs to keep you out of the elements.

No more than the number of people registered may stay without updating the reservation. If more than the maximum of 16 are found to be staying there will be a $500 fee charged immediately.

The house is not to be used for parties or conventions.
