There’s room for four with a king-size primary bedroom and sectional sleeper sofa. Step out back to find a fully fenced-in yard perfect for the kids and pups to run and play, a barbecue pit for afternoon cookouts and a firepit for evenings under the Texas starry sky.

Two additional studio condos, Tranquil Breeze & Tranquil Cove, make up the rest of Alister Trio. They share a roomy outdoor space and seating. You love these spacious studio vacation condos, each distinctly decorated with queen-size beds, sleeper sofas and flat screen TVs. Tranquil Breeze has a full kitchen and Tranquil Cove has a well-appointed kitchenette. Additional amenities at Alister Trio include a washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi and boat parking.

Bday vacay

The accommodations were perfect for our group. Each family enjoyed their own private room, which provided a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to access the beach. The rooms were clean, and the property management responded to our inquiries. I would stay here again!

Great Location and Customer Service

This property is located in a perfect location for walking and exploring the town. We rented all three together, which was perfect for my dad and my son to have their own space while my husband and I got our own space in the main home. The property management team was so kind and amazingly responsive. Highly recommend!

It was a great place, great location and the golf cart was wonderful to use! 2 suggestions though, put a gate in the fence that connects the two properties and the other building. More coffee cups and dishes/plates would be great too!

Adorable and very cute little house!

This house was so nicely decorated and super clean! It was close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to an ice cream place! The use of the golf cart was SO nice having littles and dogs. On a personal note, it was walking distance to a family members house which was SO convenient! My parents weren’t able to make this trip, but the other side of the trip would have been perfect for them! Highly recommend staying here for your Port A visit!

Port A 2024!

Emailed several times about location of individual houses.After the 3rdattempt we finally found out that you have to walk around the block to get from main house to other cottages.After a long drive we arrive at the house and did not have the code to enter. 3 adults and 2 dogs were extremely hot,tired,and hungry. I had to make several calls/emails in order to get in. It took an hour. House code was not on portal like they said. Golf cart code was wrong and that took an additional 2 hours. Golf cart code was wrong then once we got the right golf cart was dead. Had to wait to get another cart.So vaca was delayed 3 hrs. Main house was nice and clean. Had to bring my own dishes and spices which is crazy. Owner said people steal dishes well charge them and buy more. The dishes in the main house were horrible.The non stick was flaking off. Hello CANCER! Bed was ok it started to hurt my back.The kitchen is a beautiful space just needs dishes. The kitchen table chairs are not for playing family games.Our butts hurt from the wicker chairs. Backyard was not mowed and my dogs did not enjoy the yard. In the 12 page agreement it said to vacuum and sweep. What is the cleaning fee for? Washer and dryer ruin some of my clothes.The other 2 units were ok.No curtain on the window in one unit. Only 1broom but we are to sweep 3separate areas. This is most likely the last time I’ll stay in old town Port A. Too much $for a challenging stay. Owner never contacted me.
