This place is unlike any other in all of Port A. Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf and Virginia's. Such an amazing location! This 5 bedroom and 4 full bath cottage is spacious and decorated amazingly. The first half of the duplex has an open living room and kitchenette area, 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms offer 2 queen beds. The second half of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open living room and kitchen area has a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. The 1st bedroom has 2 queen size beds, the 2nd bedroom 2 fulls and the 3rd bedroom has a full and twin bed. Flats Cottage can sleep 14 people total. This is cottage is great for family reunions! - A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
