Host is very responsive. Lots of room and the extra gameroom "shed" gives teenagers their own space while the grownups hangout. Very convenient location to shopping, food, downtown, and airport.

Relaxing House

We stayed in the area for the Route 66 Balloon Festival in Arcadia. This house was perfect for our family of eight which included two babies. Very nice house and communication with the owner was prompt!

Great experience! The host was great at communicating and answering messages right away. The only difficulty I had was getting in the house because I wasn’t familiar with the system. I have full confidence if I called the host he would have walked me through it but someone else in my group knew how it worked. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because we saw a few spiders, centipedes, rolly pollies and a silverfish. The house was very clean and accommodating. It was in a great location and only 10-15 minutes away from a lot of stores and restaurants.
