I picked this house solely because of the trampoline and basketball goal to keep 3 kiddos busy - and it definitely worked! The house was also tidy and had some extra things that we forgot to bring! It was a great stay for the 2 days we were there. The host stayed in communication for any questions we had!

This was great for what we needed—reasonable price, close to HPU for our family of five, and dog friendly. The host was reasonable, responsive and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. I will note two things: (1) there is a ring camera that lets you know you are being recorded (fine, just unexpected when we first arrived after dark); (2) there is an air purifier in the house which is appreciated, but it is still a bit musty and if you have allergies might be tough. Overall though appreciated the stay.

While we do appreciate the feedback, we intentionally have that recording to alert trespassers etc. that we have surveillance. We also feel this increases safety for our guests. It is obviously in a very safe area, but in today's world, we try to do everything we can to maintain a safe environment for our guests.

The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had.
