Renters Beware!

We reserved this back in December. The host asked for more money the week after. I paid. Once we arrived in town we found she double booked the trip and the house was occupied. The owner said it was because VRBO didn’t pay her right away so she accepted a reservation on another site. She has her home listed on 3 different sites and will cancel you for whichever 3rd party pays quickly regardless of VRBO’s policy to pay her on check in. We had a car full of groceries and a kid and were out for the week of spring break where everything was booked. It ruined her birthday and our plans. Please do not rent from her and risk ruining your vacation.

House was gorgeous, very clean and spacious, it was close to everything , Roxy, the host was very pleasant and easy to reach,she made sure she assisted me with anything i needed help with
