NEW LISTING Two-bedroom/two bath condo located on the MAIN FLOOR with only a few steps. The Pelican Bay complex offers a swimming pool, kid pool, covered sitting area, basketball court and lakefront boardwalk. It provides a view of the Main channel, close proximity to Adventure Gas and boat rentals and Surdykes for all of your boating needs (gas dock, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat ramp). Margaritaville is very close by land and boat. Multiple restaurants include Shorty Pants, Redhead’s and Jeffrey's Prime Rib & Lobster all within 5 minutes. Plus, Macadoodles liquor store for your beverage needs. PB2 Boat ramp 10 minutes

Outdoor seating areas on front and back decks. Stretch out in comfortable king bed in master. Wifi TVS in living area and both bedrooms. The master bedroom direct deck access, floor to ceiling views of the lake and a private bath. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combination.
Bathrooms have soap, and shampoo. Laundry has washer/dryer with supply of detergent,

Kitchen has supplies of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, antibacterial gel, coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, sugar and many more condiments.

We are centrally located to all the entertainment; golf, shopping mall, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants. We are only 2 miles from the Lake Regional Hospital for any emergency need!

Great view of the lake. We stayed here for a conference taking place at Margaritaville. It is close by, yet a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the Margaritaville complex.

Everything went smoothly for our stay at this property. We had zero issues. We were in town for a conference at Margaritaville and the proximity of this property to the conference center is great! We needed a quiet comfortable place to rest and this fit the bill.

We needed additional sleeping arrangements for our family for a birthday celebration and this place fit the bill. Pelican Bay is a beautiful complex, close to almost everything in Osage Beech. We were happy to find this and hope to rent again in the future.

This condo was beautiful and very cozy! It’s perfect! It has a beautiful view, a balcony to sit and relax on. You can fish off the docks or swim in the pool there! The beds were very comfy, bathroom linens were soft and fresh, kitchen appliances fully stocked. My family absolutely enjoyed our time here and will rent again

Excellent Condo at Pelican Bay!

Clean, nicely appointed condo at Pelican Bay! Had everything we needed, beds were comfy, towels were nice and plentiful. Kitchen well equipped, full size washer/dryer for boat towels. Brent was very responsive to inquiries, helpful and professional. Thank you for sharing your condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the unit! We've been coming to Pelican Bay for over 20 years for a family reunion, and have stayed in several different units. This one was fresh and perfectly decorated/furnished for a comfortable and modern vibe. Often these condos can have some (understandable) mildew-y smells - this one felt new and clean! We appreciated the outdoor seating and abundance of linens, as well as the generous offerings. Having access to a few extra paper towels/toilet paper rather than having to run out and buy these things for a few nights stay was a huge relief, and not something you can expect from every host. They made checkin and checkout a breeze! The community pool is great, as is the view of the docks - we could watch the lake and the ducks/turtles right from the deck. We will definitely look for this unit next time we head back to the lake!
