Very clean house great for a family trip. The upstairs and downstairs den areas gave adults and kids separate areas to enjoy Bed arrangements were good Igor was very easy to communicate with, Note: house does have stairs on front and back so be aware if elders or stair challenged individuals in your group. Would stay again

Our family were there for a funeral and we wanted to stay together. We had plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out together. The house was nice and we enjoyed hanging outside as there were plenty of chairs. All our needs were right there. The only suggestion would be that all the bathroom towels were not put in the bathrooms. They were downstairs in the laundry room. We had to go get them. It wasn’t hard to do that but it was an inconvenience. Overall our stay was great.

We had a great stay in Colorado and this home was close to everything we wanted to do. Spacious enough for 8 people. We arrived about 30 minutes early and the host responded quickly and allowed us early entry. The house was well equipped with lots of linens and other.

Excellent place to stay for a wedding in Denver

Stayed at the location with a group of 9 friends for a wedding. We had a car and the place was conviently close to everything (15-20 min ride max). Place was clean and just as listed.

The house was spacious, clean and very well stocked. When the dryer broke, Igor had a repairman and a new one the SAME DAY! Would definitely rent here again.

Accommodations were comfortable, although the basement was very cold. It was very clean and a good location. Neighborhood was very safe and communication was very good. Didn’t mind the nightly rate but all the fees that added up seem very pricey.

Great Family Trip

Our family trip was awesome thanks to this house in Littleton, CO. We had eight adults and the house was exactly as described. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for everyone including the large, well stocked, kitchen. The backyard is big and has plenty of seating. We will make reservations again at this house if we are in Denver again. Igor quickly responded to any of our questions before and during our stay.
