As you can tell by our photo (and this is an old photo) we have a large family and with 5 sons, their wives and 17 grandchildren, we love having family gatherings. Your Boutique Hotel is an amazing building that has been designed with family gatherings in mind. While gathering, if some people need to go to bed early, they can head upstairs while the rest of the family has fun gathering on the main floor. Small weddings can also be held here with a beautiful bridal suite area!

Families have also used our place for Celebration of Life gatherings as typically people are coming in from all over and having one place to gather allows them to really reunite.

Bachelorette weekends are becoming quite popular and the bridal parties love it!

Coming in town for a baseball or soccer weekend in St Louis? You can be in downtown St Louis within 30 minutes!

Why they chose this property

We love being in this part of Alton known as the Art District right across the street from Jacoby Art Center and with a view of the Infamous Clark Bridge to take you over onto the Missouri side. Eagle watching is prime in the winter and the nature center is 10 minutes away. We are also less than 5 minutes away from a very popular bar known as Fast Eddie's. With Germania Brew Haus on the same street, you will enjoy their coffee and atmosphere in their beautiful coffee shop. We are also located across from the newly renovated Wedge Innovation Center. Come see what downtown Alton has to offer! We are in the process of adding a beautiful outdoor space and pickleball court! Stay tuned for completion dates!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique as it's an older building so it has beautiful architecture with the original brick walls, a beautiful spiral staircase to capture those amazing photos of your family and the event. At this location, you are allowed to host a party and you determine the hours, what food you want, drinks etc. As a venue owner of another larger event center, you won't find this concept at many places where you are allowed to host a party without owners on-site! We hope you treat our family hotel as if it were your own.
