This newly renovated 3,000 sq. ft house consist of four large completely furnished bedrooms three full bathrooms, fully furnished living and dining area, new kitchen, and a loft . The home is Centrally and conveniently located in one of the nicest, and most sought after neighborhoods in Sarasota.
Minutes from , downtown, beaches, shopping, Marina jacks, St Armand circle, museums restaurants and parks.
It sleeps 8 comfortably in beds, however an additional sleeping space is available if you have a large family.
Hot tub fee, $300 per month for monthly guests.

you can bring more than one pet maximum 2 small pets. ( under 30 lbs)
$150 fee per pet, per stay.
pool cage has been removed, no pool cage.

Ideal location

Location was ideal for quick access to city center, beaches and conveniences. There was an issue with check in as we could not access the key. Also, because of previous hurricane damage, the pool had lost its cage, but that was not disclosed before our arrival. Pictures need updating. Because we have small dogs we did have to barricade a few areas in the fence for extra protection. The house was clean and had more space than expected, which was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. The house is a little tired, and there are some work that needs finishing, but it provided us with the space and location that we desired during our stay.Owner was easy to communicate with, and did come by to show us how to operate the pool system, etc., which we appreciated. Lawn maintenance and pool cleaning were prompt and consistent during our stay.
