Fully furnished home for rent in Chambersburg Borough, PA. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. The home has 3 bedrooms, one of which is setup as an office. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen adjustable beds. Living room with a smart wi-fi wireless T.V. Also smart T.V.'s in both bedrooms. Formal dinning room. Furnished front porch(in season) and fenced in back yard with small porch. All utilities are included. Washer and dryer in the basement. Central air/Heating. The property is located in the borough and only a couple blocks from Wilson College and 1.5 miles from Wellspan Chambersburg Hospital. Freshly renovated bathroom, upgraded kitchen. Fresh paint throughout house, hardwood floors refinished throughout and a new roof.
