Your family will be close to everything! PBI Airport, Kravis Center, Convention Center, Rosemary Square, Clematis St, the Beach and the WPB Zoo.

Relax in our new, clean updated unit in lovely historic Pineapple Park. This is a family-oriented unit but we welcome everyone!

The space
★ 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

★ The 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 people: 1 queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in another. We also have a full-sized pullout couch to sleep 2 more.

★ Full kitchen. Dining space, dishes & linens for 6 adults. Plates, bowls & cups for children as well.

★ Families and young children and infants are welcome. Currently we have a travel pack & play crib and an adjustable high chair, and some board games for you. We have BEACH TOWELS for your trips to the beach.

★ Large open private yard is PRIVATELY shared with other guests from the upstairs unit and resident home behind the property. However, rarely does any one make use of the yard.
Guest access
You will have full access to your unit. It is part of a duplex. It is the downstairs unit.

The second unit that is upstairs is also a vacation rental. The resident home behind your unit shares the yard. However, rarely does anyone make use of the yard.
Other things to note
★ We accept pets, but you will be liable if there is any damage to the property.

★ The front door has a smart lock which has a security camera that can record audio and video when people come and go.

★ The master bedroom has an emergency exit back door that also has a smart lock with security camera. Aside from an emergency exit it won't currently be of any use to you.

★ If towels are missing, the guest will be charged an additional $10.00 per missing towel.
