Honestly we didn’t see anyone else the whole entire time the neighborhood is VERY cute and the place is quite and comfortable

The place is super clean and just as pictured. The only complaint would be the sleeper sofa is extremely uncomfortable but we did bring an air mattress so all was good.

Great stay

Very clean and comfortable, has pretty much everything you need. The host was very easy to communicate with, check in/out was a breeze. Unit is close to everything in St Pete. Highly recommended!
