Modern Guesthouse with W/D, 6 mins to DT St Pete

Come unwind in this spacious guesthouse within 2 minutes of the i275 with easy access to downtown St Pete, Historic Old Northeast, beaches and Tampa Bay. Private entry. You will find in the living room a comfy sectional that pulls-out for a full-size bed if needed. Brand-new 65 inch TV with modern fireplace to relax indoors. Inside the main bedroom there is a comfortable queen size bed, plenty of blankets and a 55-inch TV. Plenty of space in the closet.

Dedicated workspace in the main room. Desktop can also be moved to living room.

In the fenced-in patio you’ll find a a dining table set with 4 chairs, and 2 Adirondack chairs and bonfire perfect to do s’mores or grill outdoors, and enjoy beautiful lighting to spend a relaxing evening outside if you wish. More chairs can be set-up upon request.

There is plenty of grass for pets to run around and relieve themselves.

Parking: You can park up to 2 cars on the premises

The house was perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing! The kitchen had cooking utensils and some spices along with a full fridge and dishwasher. The outside space was also so perfect and amazing and was fully private.

This place was great I will definitely be returning back here with my wife we enjoy every minute of it full amenities very clean everything you need when you're traveling away from home and it was also close by to my brother who lives in St Pete I will truly recommend this place to family friends and anybody who wants to travel to St Petersburg Florida thank you we had a pleasant time there. Also the refrigerator the stove everything was great The TVs and both rooms the lights underneath the bed which I really enjoyed the backyard cute like the fireplace I mean if it wasn't too cold during my stay I think I would have been sitting out there in the night starting to fire but overall this place was perfect.
