*3 double beds (one is Murphy bed)

* 1 bathroom

*kitchenette to prepare light meals.



Guest Access:

*Free parking on property with parking pass only. (Parking pass will wait for you at the apartment).

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

*laundry room is on 7th floor (with coins)

*Free\open WiFi and cable TV available.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only

It’s close to the center and all main attractions, restaurants, Broadway at the beach, shopping centers, mall, airport.

*Parking pass required (only one provide). Motorcycles and trailers aren’t allowed .

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Dirty floor mat. Beds not at all new or comfortable. Murphy bed great for kids. Liked that the floor wasn’t carpet.
