About this property

Located just a short drive to downtown Bethany, this home offers open concept living. The kitchen opens up to a large living room with a flat screen television and ample seating for your group. Off the kitchen, outback, is a hardscaped patio where you can enjoy those cool summer nights around the outdoor firepit. In addition, the first floor provides a flex room where you can relax and a first floor master bedroom with a private bath. The second floor provides an additional living space with a large sectional for entertaining and a tv. There are 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths as well. Enjoy the outdoor shower after those sandy beach days. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Garage is not to be used by renters.

Community has a lot to offer - Shared clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, sauna, steam room, pickle ball and basketball courts, gym, game room, 2 pool tables, walking paths and a shuttle to the beach during summer season. Indoor pool for owner use only. Tennis can be found in neighboring associations for a fee. Amenities are not included. You can purchase wristbands for anyone over 6 years of age at the clubhouse for $35 per person per week.
