Enjoy an amazing vacation at this Lake Charlevoix home located in the prime area of Boyne City. Lakefront cottage with sandy beach and dock, recently renovated with beautiful decor and stunning lake views. The large kitchen is fully stocked, high speed internet, sleeps 10 comfortably, outdoor patio and dock. Walking distance to Young State Park and apprx 1.5 miles to downtown Boyne City, which offers great restaurants and shopping. Petoskey and Charlevoix are a 20-minute drive. Mackinac Island 1 hour and 45 minutes to Harbor Springs. Boyne Mountain resort is a 10-minute drive which offers skiing, golfing, zip line, tennis, water park, sky bridge, arcade, spa and restaurants. Enjoy pickleball and tennis at Rotary Park just a couple of miles away. Guests will love swimming in this sandy area of Lake Charlevoix, fishing off the dock and watching beautiful sunsets. Sorry but we have a strict NO Dog policy so please do not ask to bring a dog.

Incredible home with perfect lake views and ideal location for a family trip.The house is stunning and designed with thoughtful layout for family gathering. Very functional kitchen and any accessory you would need for cooking Fire pit by the lake, new kayaks to use, toys for the beach and lots of other attention to details that made our trip seamless.Host was excellent with communication and answered questions immediately We had THE BEST trip we could have imagined!

The house is even nicer and roomier than in the pictures. Great space for a group going up north for the weekend. Nice lakefront and views. Very close to Boyne Mountain and Boyne City

We LOVED our stay. Helena, the property manager was extremely welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful. The back yard is large and the lake is clear and gorgeous and warm enough to swim (and we are from FL and used to warm water). There are kayaks and a stand up paddle board to use. The house is in beautiful condition and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My husband and I had a fabulous week with our two teen girls and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
