Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. We appreciated that the host allowed us to check in early, which was very helpful and something we were grateful for.Unfortunately, the home did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. There was a noticeable amount of dust throughout the house, stains on the walls, and the bed frames were very dusty. The beds were also quite noisy and would squeak whenever someone sat down or moved, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.The backyard was not very well maintained or presentable, and the jacuzzi water did not appear to have been freshly cleaned before our stay. Additionally, the master bathroom shower was missing a shower head, making it inconvenient to use. The property manager was very apologetic and explained that they were unaware the homeowners had removed the shower head, so it seems this was not something they knew about before our arrival.While we appreciated the early check-in and the property manager’s communication, we hope the cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed for future guests.
