(3D) 2 Bedroom Apt Just Off Park Ave
Gorgeous and well designed 2 bedoom apartment with no separate seating area located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps up to 4 guests. The unit features include 2 Queen size beds, private kitchen and bath.
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival.
Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. There are two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.
Street parking close to building.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM
Departure is prior to 10AM.
This is a walkup building and we have no elevator.

Good experience
Property manager was very difficult to connect to, specifically when we arrived and when we had issues that we needed help with. Other than that, the stay was very nice, the apartment was very clean. We would recommend!

asWe were surprised by her comment as we have 2 people at the building at all times, we respond to the message thread almost immediately and we are also accessible by telephone. It could be that she wrote late in the evening when we are not at the computer. We are pleased she had a good stay as we aim to always make sure our guests have the best service . We wish we'd known there was an issue that we could have assisted with.
