Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Neighbors are kind, so please reciprocate.

Prairie Village Kansas is characterized by tree-lined streets, well-manicured lawns, and a mix of architectural styles.

The neighborhood is also home to several parks and walking trails.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are very convenient.
The garage is not for guest use, but you can park in the driveway

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
-No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.



LOCAL GUESTS-we don't host locals unless preapproved. We reserve the right to decline local bookings if no proper preauthorization/screening is done.
