Enjoy effortless access between floors with a private elevator and multiple levels of decks on both the street side and ocean side, where you can bask in the sun and savor the refreshing ocean breeze for an utterly stress-free escape.

Step into the bright, open living area located on the second floor, where vaulted ceilings and coastal charm set the tone for relaxation. The spacious living room features a large sectional, Smart TV, and direct access to the covered deck through sliding glass doors. Picture yourself enjoying a morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean or dining al fresco around the outdoor table. The dining area offers seating for six — perfect for gathering with family and friends. The custom kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and countertop seating for four.

Also on the second floor, the first primary bedroom provides a luxurious sanctuary with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. We did a kids and Moms long weekend at this property. The location to the beach provided for easy walks. We did a daily walk to the Daily Grind for coffee. And were able to relax on the third floor, playing card games, while taking in the view. I highly recommend this property.

This property is exactly as shown and described. Very clean, the location was great and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you may need. All of the balconies had their own furniture and the view/sound of the ocean was very relaxing. We had a great stay and look for to returning later this year! Thank you.

Really great spot! Close to everything and just across from beach access. Balcony at the top level had a 6-top table to enjoy a family dinner outside. Very responsive POC and help with all my questions. We would love to come back. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Well supplied with kitchen equipment. Proximity to beach/Public Access, 5 stars. Pay attention to the list of what to bring on your guest portal. That being said, lots of great grocery stores very close by.

Beautiful

Our overall view of the property was exciting. It is beautifully decorated with new appliances. Loved the elevator. There were a couple things that we wish we had. Cable TV was one and a clean grill. Someone had left it dirty, so we never used it. It is so convenient to the beach which was great. We would go back.

Misleading amenities

The property is very new and clean, close to the beach and family friendly. The biggest disapoinent was the lack of communication that the firepit and beach gear were not included. It should have been spelled out on the listing. I even reached out about bringing firewood and it was not mentioned.
