Hale Makai Beachfront Home located in Anahola on Kaua'i's north-east shore. Convenietly located between the towns of Kilauea to the north and Kapa'a to the east! Step out onto a sandy beach from your back door lanai in Anahola Bay, Kaua'i. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler for your use during your stay. Accommodates up to 6 guests, including children and infants.

This lovely 1,400 square ft. Kaua`i vacation rental beach cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath all on a beautiful sandy beach.
Primary bedroom has a new Cal-king bed with private bath, TV, and is situated on the ocean side of the house with a lanai door for easy beach combing access.

Second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the guest bath with 3rd bedroom that has 2 twin beds (can be converted to a king for additional fee).
Full kitchen, dishwasher, complimentary high speed internet access, Cable TV, washer & dryer compliment this charming beach home right on serene Anahola Bay.

Hale Makai beachfront property location is easy driving to Waimea, Poipu, Lihue, Kapa`a to the east or Kilauea, Hanalei, Anini, Princeville and Haena to the north. Watch the moon rise and stars at night from your beachfront property!

Ocean views of beautiful Anahola Bay from your living, dining area, outdoor lanai and master bedroom. Take a sunset, sunrise or moon rise walk along beautiful crescent shaped Anahola Bay. You may even find a glass ball! Whales can be seen off shore from November through April. Outdoor shower provided for you!

Kalalea Mountain where the filming of "Raiders of the Lost Ark" is right in your neighborhood.
Gas BBQ grill, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and beach towels are provided.

Additional Information: A security deposit is required for your stay, ensuring our home is kept in top shape for all guests. This deposit is fully refundable upon a successful checkout inspection.

This is a comfortable home with great beds. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had everything we needed for cooking some of our meals at home. The internet and cable service was very good. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer, and the air conditioning in each room made our stay very pleasant. We loved the quiet location next to the ocean, but for people like us who have little ocean experience, we learned that our beach was too dangerous for swimming. This was disappointing because we dreamed of walking out our door and playing in the ocean, but we now know this time of year (November) is not a good time to do that on any beach that isn’t somewhat protected and doesn’t have a lifeguard. I mention this not to detract from this property, but to inform future visitors like us. The location is beautiful, and we enjoyed the sight and sound of the waves!

Great Getaway

Was the perfect place for our family. Location was great - able to see the island and get around. Sunrises every morning were beautiful. Property managers were available and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here.

Beautiful location

The beach front location was lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the stunning sunrises/sunsets right in the backyard. The house had everything we needed and was a good central location for adventuring around the island.

Great place to stay

The house was just as advertised . Excellent location right on the beach . Watched sunrise every morning sipping a cup of coffee. House was well stocked with all needed supplies plus beach chairs. Would definitely stay again !!!

From the moment we stepped in the front door, we felt relaxed and at peace. The house was lovely. It was great that the house supplied many amenities. The resident pets (chickens) were fun to watch. The location of the house was in a quiet neighborhood which made it enjoyable to just sit on the beach. One suggestion would be to trim the shrubs on the dune so that you can see over them while sitting in the chairs.

Wonderful experience

We had an amazing time at this property. It was clean and the perfect size for our group of 5. The master bed was very comfortable and I slept great after playing in the beautiful ocean all day!

Wonderful location

Relaxed on the beach

The house is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach. The outside patio is the best spot to have a glass of wine during a quick rain. We had a beautiful time here and really enjoyed it. The location makes it easy to get to bigger towns but still away enough it didn’t feel crowded.

On the Beach Paradise

Beautiful rental and beach!

This place was exactly what we were looking for, to be away from resorts and crowds. We walked and/or swam the beach/bay every day and rarely saw anyone else. The rental is beautiful and had tons of beach towels, which is the only extra we were looking for. It does have AC in the bedrooms but we didn't need it.
