Two separate living areas equipped with 4G HDTVs make this 3000 square foot home located near the end of a quiet residential street, a perfect fit for large families or several couples.

This home has been recently remodeled and showcases new updates in all bathrooms, newly tiled lower living area and new carpet thru out the upstairs living, and all bedrooms. Detailed planning went into the remodel to make this home an attractive and updated vacation destination.

When entering the house your breath will be taken away by the picturesque Pacific Ocean and swaying palm trees. The house is designed with upstairs master bedroom and bath suite, half bath, living area and kitchen with eat-in dining room. Master bath is spacious and features a jetted tub, oversized shower, dual sink cabinetry. Upstairs living, kitchen and master bedroom have patio doors that open to the spectacular ocean views. Downstairs features two winged concept. It has a central living area, sliding patio door to hot tub and lanai, along with the breathtaking views. The lower level is designed with hallways on either side of living area, with two bedrooms each. One side has king and twin bedrooms, along with laundry room. Second wing accommodates queen, and twin bedrooms. Both king and queen bedrooms have sliders providing the views as well. Twin beds can be made into king bed if needed.

Enjoy eating at home in your dining room or lanai both overlooking the ocean. Grill outside on your Weber gas grill or cook in your kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Teak dining room table seats ten or choose to sit at the granite bar with seating for five. Covered lanai upstairs seats eight comfortably, allowing you to dine either inside or out with gorgeous views.

It is a short walk to shopping, groceries, restaurants, the famous Princeville Hotel one, and playground. House comes fully furnished with linens, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Wireless high speed internet access included. 55” SMART HDTV in lower level offers Netflix, Amazon prime video, HULU, TUBI, Apple TV, and Google TV. Upstairs living has 65” curved HDTV provides the same channels except Google TV . The home is equipped with two RING devices. One covers the front driveway and entrance, the second covers the back lawn of the home.

Our non-smoking home is elegantly decorated with fine linens and new furnishings in lower level living area. Walk to Hanalei Bay Resort and join yoga and exercise classes for a day use fee or weekly rate. Active vacationers can hike the spectacular Kalalau trail to view the Napali coast, surf Hanalei Bay and golf on Princeville's golf courses. Experience the farmers markets either at Anaina Hou by Kilauea, Princeville or Hanalei on Saturday morning for a true local Kauai vibe. Plus the fresh produce and fruits are a true delight! We named our home Albatross ocean bluff because the albatross use the back lawn for take-off and landing. You can simply sit and watch the birds soar effortlessly along the bluff for hours while listening to the ocean waves. The birds migrate to our Princeville neighborhood in the fall, and the hatchlings fledge in July. Princeville is the only location in the world where the albatross coexist with people. They provide entertainment and are quite an attraction for visitors.
