This was a terrific house, with the exact view of Bali Hai depicted. It was perfect for our large family (11 of us), even better than we expected. The rooms were large. The house was exceptionally well-equipped. Our grand-kids lived in the pool. Although very expensive, it was an exceptional experience for all of us. We have had several great previous rentals through VRBO, and this was THE BEST! Also, Kauai is a wonderful island for a vacation.

Pictures Don’t Do Justice

Our family stayed here as my sister checked her 50th state off her full/half marathon list Beth was very responsive and Thames addressed any needs immediately. The pictures do not do the house justice!! Our family of 11 stayed here for 10 days and I believe only 2 of them did not have a rainbow. The house gave us plenty of room to ourselves but also great space to play games and enjoy the pool. We did catamaran tours, Pearl Harbor, skydived, fire show, tubed down the river, and a kayak tour as well as hiking and enjoying the beach - there is truly something for everyone. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Absolutely beautiful home

We had 4 families and the house was perfect. Everything was very new. The bathrooms were luxurious. We loved the extras like the folding wagon to bring beach chairs, etc. to the beach. Definitely need a car for getting groceries and visiting surrounding areas.

Anniversary Family Celebration

Perfect in every way! The home is thoughtfully laid out; kitchen well equipped. Very clean and all appliances in working order. Appreciated the beach equipment. Our family loved the 2 lanais and the pool. The gardens are gorgeous and stunning views! We enjoyed several dinners prepared by Chef Dani, recommended by our host. It was a trip to remember! Mahalo.

Beautiful Setting

The house is set in lush greenery with beautiful views of the mountains and the bay. It has everything you want for all members of our 9 party family to be housed comfortably. Kitchen amenities were great and many condiments allowed us to feel at home when cooking. Hot tub and pool were great and the hot tub timer was perfect. The only complaint were the multiple warnings about noise. I get it, but the severity and number of warnings made it feel as if we needed to tip toe around the house. We operated comfortably, but making people aware of the issue without creating fear would be much preferred.

Stunning in every way!

Wow, just wow. Waking up to the views in this house is something that I will always cherish. I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was the most thought out and well appointed place. There was hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. We had all of the comforts of home. We had multi-generations staying in the home and everyone loved it. We then went to the Four Seasons on Maui and my kids begged to go back to the Kauai house. Best stay ever!

Perfection! We give it 10 out of 5 stars!!

The pictures and descriptions are incredible, but still don't do the property justice! Amazing location! It's located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Princeville. You can enjoy a view of Hanalei Bay from the second story lanai while sipping your morning coffee, or enjoy the privacy from the lush vegetation while floating in the negative edge pool. It's a short distance from beaches (with great snorkeling!) or Hanalei for some shopping and dining. Flawless home design! The house was designed as a perfect vacation home! All five bedrooms have en suites, and the pull out Queen bed in the living room can use the powder room. The upstairs kitchen is a great design for a large group and has every kitchen device you would ever need - including two dishwashers. The kitchenette downstairs has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, with more dishes and kitchen gadgets. The garage stored beach stuff - chairs, towels, coolers, boogie boards, etc, and just outside, there is a shower to hose off the sand before coming inside. We had 14 adults and with the two lanai's, two living areas, and all the bedrooms, we always had plenty of space for everyone. Fantastic owner! Beth was very responsive and helpful. She reached out to us when she heard that there were no rental cars available to make sure that we had transportation (fortunately, we did). The property manager welcomed us when we arrived and recommended restaurants, activities, and beaches. Phenomenal attention to detail! There were fresh flowers in the kitchen, a variety of spices, board games, google assist, smart TV's, safes, first aid kit, pool floats, printer, two bar-b-ques, plenty of hangers in the closet, and so much more. We are a well traveled group, and we were all so impressed with this property, we'd all give it 10 out of 5 stars!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful home for our family of 12 for our week in Princeville. Check in and check out was seamless. The pool was in constant use by both kids and adults. The kitchen provided everything you could possibly want.The highlight of our stay was the beautiful view every day from the lanai with the play of light and shadow on the mountains, with the occasional rainbow. Easily, the best family vacation we have ever had.

Paradise

The house was gorgeous and all the rooms were large with their own private bathroom. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The view was just as pictured and the surrounding trees and greenery made it seem as if you were in a world of your own. When it rained we saw all the waterfalls from the deck. In the morning awake to birds and the most spectacular view. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We couldn’t have wished for a better home for our vacation. It had everything from supplies to beach gear to incredible views. Absolutely perfect stay. The views are second to none. The pool is gorgeous and clean. The location couldn't be better - convenient to golf, center of town, and beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. Beth was very responsive and knowledgeable. There were 150 people at the wedding, and we were very happy with our property, even happier after a good sense of what others in the area looked like. When we come back, which we will, because Kauai makes it impossible not to :-), we'll stay here again 100%.

Family Get Together

This house did not disappoint! Everyone had there own room with full bath. The main living area and kitchen allowed for together time and meals to be prepared as needed. I love to cook and was happy to see that the kitchen was well equipped. Check-in check-out was a breeze. The decor of the home matched well with the island atmosphere. AMAZING!!!

We spent a week in this beautiful home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is magnificent and accommodated our large family perfectly. Plenty of beds and plenty of BATHROOMS! The property is stunning, and everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The garage had boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers for our beach days. The host was very communicative prior to our arrival and check in/out was a breeze. The property manager was also very helpful any time we had questions during our stay. This was our first trip to Kauai and we can't wait to go back.
